If your association is a VOLUNTEER FIRE BRIGADE that is actively engaging in fire and/or medical rescues, and willing to be a member of our family and willing to abide by the rules and regulations of the Association, then we welcome you to join this highly respectable Association.

To complete your application, please submit the following to the Association's Headqaurters:

  1. Duly accomplished application form
  2. Letters of Recommendation duly signed by the presidents of two outstanding member brigades of this Association
  3. Photo and LTO Registration (Original and Photocopy) of at least one unit of 2000 liters minimum capacity water tanker type fire truck
  4. Information on at least six (6) volunteer fire fighters of your brigade that have completed basic fire fighting course with Certificate of Attendance issued by the government training organization
  5. Permanent brigade address and telephone number(s)
  6. Barangay Clearance
  7. Security and Exchange Commission Registration Certificate (original and photocopy)
  8. Complete list of Board of Directors
  9. Sworn Affidavit that the applying brigade will not join any other organization having similar functions as this Association, and will waive any rights of contest if found to violate the same

You will be duly informed by the Chairman of the Membership Screening Committee upon approval of your application.
